The Selection Process

As partners we are working together to acquire new projects from expert- to C-Level. As a team, we work together on new market opportunities.
Partnership is only offered to managers with many years of line experience and an interest in joint sales activities.
Partnership is interesting for consultants, project and interim managers who have already been working successfully in the market for several years. Under certain conditions, the model also comes into question if you are an executive with at least 10 years of successful work at C-level or 1st level starting out on your own. The best way for us to find this out together is to get to know each other.
You should already have at least 10 years of successful experience as a consultant, project or interim manager in the market. Alternatively, we would be happy to talk to you if you are just starting out on your own, but already have many years of experience in top management, management consulting or managing large projects.
At the bottom of this page you will find our application form. This starts the process. After we have checked your documents and the requirements, a selection process begins in which we get to know each other. In several meetings with our partners we find out on both sides how we can work together in the future.
We charge an admission fee for becoming a partner. This includes a thorough onboarding, access to our sales system and all marketing measures you need for your market presence. Ongoing membership also entitles you to attend our exclusive partner events (starting 2024) and other events.
During our get-to-know-you session, we will provide you with all the information you need to make your decision.
Strategic decisions are made at top management level. Therefore it is important to have enough contacts on this level. We are looking for contacts to consultants, project and interim managers with outstanding professional competence and implementation strength. As part of this network you can benefit from the exchange with your colleagues and joint sales activities.
